Story 7: A Brave Man
Men began growing world, many of them do bad things like Cain. But one man was different. This is named Enoch. Enoch was a mighty man. All the people around her were doing wrong, but Enoch went on to serve God.


It is because at that time people did so much evil? Remember, Who did Adam and Eve to defy God and ate the fruit that God had forbidden? It's a bad angel. The Bible calls Satan. He wants to make everyone to be bad.
One day Jehovah God commanded Enoch tell the people something they did not want to hear. It is this: "One day God will destroy all bad people. 'Perhaps the people were very angry to hear this. Maybe even wanted to kill Enoch. Thus Enoch had to be very brave to tell the people the thing that God intended to do.


God did not abandon him to stay long Enoch among those bad people. Enoch stayed just 365 years. Why do we say "only 365 years"? Because people in those days were much stronger than those who are present. They stayed longer. Methuselah, son of Enoch stayed 969 year
Then Enoch died, they became very bad. The Bible says that 'everything they thought was bad at all,' and that 'the earth was filled with violence. "

You know one reason why there was a lot of trouble on the earth in those days? Satan found a new way to make people do bad things. We will study it in the next story.

Story .8. giants in the earth.
 
 If one were getting near to you and are very tall as the ceiling of your house, how would you see? That person would be too great! At one time there was the world's older people too. The Bible shows that their father is an angel who came from heaven. But it was like?
 Remember, the bad angel Satan was doing vicious. But he was an angel of God have turned bad. Finally, other angels started to listen to Satan. They stopped working were given to him in heaven. They came to earth to materialize. Do you know why?

The Bible says these sons of God saw beautiful women on earth and wanted to stay with them. So, they came to earth to marry the women. The Bible says it was wrong, because God made the angels dwell in heaven.
 These angels and their wives had babies birth, these children were different. First maybe did not seem very different but they were getting older and stronger, until they became too great.

These people were bad. And since they had grown too powerful, they hurt people. They tried to force everyone to be bad like themselves.

Enoch was dead, but now there was one person on earth who has been good. The man is Noah. He always does the will of God.

At one time God told Noah that his time has come to destroy all bad people. But God wanted to save Noah, his family and some animals the most. And see how God did it.

Story 9: Noah Builds an Ark
NOAH had a wife and three sons. The sons Shem, Ham and Japheth. Each of them had a wife. Therefore, the family's were eight persons.

God commanded Noah to do something new. He told him to build a huge ark. This ark was large like a ship, but it seemed like a big box, long. 'Make it three floors high,' God said, 'and put rooms in it.' The rooms were for Noah and his family, the animals, and their food.

And God said to Noah to improve ark so that water from entering. God said: 'I will bring a great flood destroyed the whole world. Everyone not in the ark will die.

Noah and his sons obeyed Jehovah and started building the ark. But others were just laughing. They continued to be bad.

It took a long time to build the ark because it was too large. After many years, it was finished. Then God told Noah to bring the animals into the ark. And God told Noah to bring in all the different kinds of birds. Noah did as God said.

Then, Noah and his family to enter the ark. Then God shut the door. Noah and his family waited inside. Is Would there really be a flood as God said?

Genesis 6: 9-22; 7: 1-9.


 Story 10: The Great Flood 
OUTSIDE the ark, the people stayed as before. Still did not believe that the Flood would come.  They laughed, they laughed a lot. But they soon stopped laughing. 
 Once the water began to fall. Were shed from the sky as you shed water from a bucket. Noah had been right! But now it was too late to enter any of the ark. Jehovah had closed the door too.
 Water became like big rivers. People feared. They went up the most elevated places. Better would have listened to Noah and entered the ark when the door was still closed! But now they were too late.

Waters kept rising too high. 40 days and nights were shed water from the sky. Reached even on mountaintops. Soon even the tops of the highest mountains were submerged in water. If God had said, all the people and animals that died out of the ark. But all that was inside was safe.

Noah and his sons had done a good job building the ark. Water lifted up the ark, and it rose above the water. Then one day, drank the rain ceased, the sun began to shine. 
 What a vision! Everywhere there was a deep sea. Noah alone is appeared hovering over the water.
Those older people too had disappeared.They did not appear again hurt people. All with their mother and others bad, had died. What about their father?

Their fathers were not men like us. An angel who had to sit down on earth. So when the Flood came, they did not die with the others. Lift off the human bodies and returned to heaven as angels. But they were not allowed back into the family of God's angels. They became the angels of Satan. In the Bible they are called demons.

So God made the wind, and flood waters began to subside. Five months later, the ark rested upon the mountain. Most days were past, those who were in the ark looked out and saw the tops of the mountains. The water increased reductions.

Then Noah sent forth a raven in the ark. Because he found no place to stand, he was leaping walking back and forth. He kept doing it shrinks all the time, standing on the ship.

Noah wanted to see if the water has dried up the world. Then after that, he brought the dove from the ark. But the dove came back too because it did not see a place to stay. Noah was sent a second time, he returned with an olive leaf in its beak. Then Noah knew that the waters dried up. Then Noah sent a dove three times, finally saw dry place to stay.

Then God spoke to Noah. He said: 'Go out of the ark. Take your whole family and the animals. "They were sitting in the ark longer than one year. We think we were all very excited to get out again alive!
